So yes, I spent the weekend with my family up Maine last weekend, at Pemaquid Beach.  The weather was hot, the food was sizzlin’ and the beverages were cool.  Had the opportunity to shoot around with my camera {and catch a sunburn…i’m almost 29 and i still have not learned…}.  My sisters and I took my nephews down to the beach for a dip in the ocean and a marine life expedition.  A cormorant caught my eye, it was sunbathing on one of the boats in the harbor.  I walked into the ocean about waste high and started snapping.  Snagged some pics of a few other cormorants, as well as some seagulls.  And some adirondack chairs perched atop the cliff.  And {of course} some macro shots of barnacles and seaweed.  *Sigh* Maine.  The way life should be.
