This photo was also taken in Alaska.  I loved the look of the flowers with the snowcaps in the background.  This was also taken by my Canon SD6OO.

Sometimes you need to move around the find the right angle.  I was crouched for this photo in order to capture these flowers as the man subject and have the mountains as the backdrop.  Stuff like this is why I’ve gone pro.  Never be afraid to get your knees a bit dirty.
