Meteorologists doomed this past Saturday, labeling the forecast as a bona fide all-day rain fest. And what do you know… the rain retreated early on, and the sun bestowed its glorious warmth upon our little neck of New England.

I was sitting at a coffee shop Saturday with a bride and groom when I received the text. Earlier in the week I had an expected prom photo shoot cancellation, all thanks to all the impending rain. I’ll tell you this right now, I almost didn’t bring my camera gear that day; so thankful I did.
