This is an artist.

Escaping the Alaskan rain, she sought shelter under her tent, her dog at her side.  A passerby stopped and stared in a peculiar way for a moment, and the artist could not understand why.  She pondered for just a moment before the clouds broke apart suddenly, and clarity shed light on that thought.
